We see the need as a logical extension to our popular Commercial and Residential Moving services. This is especially true for folks who are planning to sell their personal home or commercial business.
The OC Pressure Wash 4,000 PSI commercial grade system, effectively, removes dirt, grime, and algae from virtually any surface type. It makes no difference whether you are a local south County homeowner or business concern. Call us to schedule an appointment to have a PRO visit your home or business to get a "no cost" estimate for your specific requirement(s). We guarantee to clean and brighten roof tops, garage, and outdoor surfaces, walls, and windows. Note: Power-wash prices for deep-cleaning applications of a given surface will, typically, require an on-site visit and assessment, prior to providing the customer with a quote.

For customers or prospects electing to contract with BPM for both their moving and power washing needs, we agree to offer a 15% discount off the customer's "moving invoice" as a sign of our appreciation for executing the double order with us (min. PW job of 437.5 sq. ft. is required to qualify).
Before Scheduling A Power-Wash . . .
When servicing a customer’s power washing requirement, it’s important to understand that our technician needs access to a water source. In cases where there is no ready access to a hose bib, our tech will arrive at the customer’s location with a separate “standalone water tank”, which can be easily adapted to feed the sprayer from the bed of the tech’s truck/trailer. When this step becomes necessary, the customer is charged an add-on fee for water and fuel in addition to the normal cleaning service charge.
Basic Power Wash Service * . . .
Cost to clean any surface area requires a minimum $100 investment, which is equivalent to 250 sq. ft. (Note: restrictions can apply). The 250 sq. ft. basic service minimum does not fall under the Special Offer promotion. Pricing, noted above, applies to surfaces that do not necessitate use of a degreaser or muriatic acid additive to further remove heavy stains.
* Although we don't guarantee to remove all heavily stained surfaces when contracted to do a Basic PW Service, you'll definitely see a heightened brightness to any area(s) serviced using this option, even without applying an extra cost additive.
